Returns & Exchanges
All items are made to order. As a result, all sales are final and items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, or if you have not received your order by late November 2026, please contact the University of Rochester Annual Fund at annualfunds@rochester.edu.
Delivery
Production on all orders will begin at the conclusion of the campaign on October 12, 2026. Orders will be delivered by late November.
